The Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council Emergency Fund is now offering emergency aid for artists during this time of need. Until further notice, artists who live in the nine-county region may apply for up to $500 in assistance. Aid is available to those whose creative practices and incomes are being adversely impacted by COVID-19 or other emergencies.
All applicants ware being placed on a waiting list and reviewed in the order their applications are received. Funds will be distributed based on availability. The contact address for questions and concerns is effa@pittsburghartscouncil.org.
The organization also continues to request donations for the Emergency Fund for Artists. Click here to offer a doantion directly to the fund to support the region’s artists during this critical time.
