Applications are now open for the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce High School Awards. The recognitions will be presented at the chamber’s Celebrity Basketball Game at Penn State Greater Allegheny on January 8.
Apply or nominate someone for one of the following awards. The awards are applicable for any sport and teams/individuals must be active in high school during the 2019-2021 season. Awards include
Most Valuable Hispanic Player
Most Outstanding Team of the Year
Coach of the Year
In addition, a School/Group Spirit award will be presented based on the attendance of a particular school or group/organization.
Award submissions must be received no later than November 30, 2021. The top three awardees for each category must be present in order to receive an award.
