
Walden University doctoral candidate Jamilah Byrom is researching the experiences of Latino immigrants enrolled in/or graduated from English language learning programs and their vulnerability to post-immigration stress.
The study involves sharing your opinions and beliefs about the process of learning English after transitioning to the US.
Participants will receive a $25 gift card for participating in the study which will last around 45 minutes. Criteria to participate is:
- Ages 18-25 years old
- Born in Latin America, but living in the U.S. for at least 5 years
- Currently enrolled or have completed an English language learning program
- Proficient in English (can speak, write, read in English)
