There are less than 60 days remaining until Christmas, and the Latino Community Center’s Navidad in Pittsburgh Holiday Gift Drive is officially underway!
Navidad in Pittsburgh is the Latino Community Center’s annual holiday gift drive for Latino families in Pittsburgh. Gifts collected through Navidad in Pittsburgh ensure that all Latino families who have been severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic have a memorable holiday season.
Over 300 children are registered to receive gifts through this year’s event, and there are several ways individuals, corporations, and organizations can ensure each of these children have a wonderful Christmas:
- Gift Tags – Individuals, businesses, and organizations can elect to receive individual gift tags. Each tag includes 3 wish list items from a child. Gifts bought must be turned in by Dec. 10th.
- Corporate Gift Drive – Corporate partners can participate in this year’s Navidad in Pittsburgh by hosting a holiday gift drive with employees. Corporations can raise money to support the purchase of items off of children’s wish lists or request individual gift tags to display and/or distribute to employees. The gift drive sign-up is available until Nov. 13 – contact Angelica Perry.
- Volunteer – LCC is in need of dedicated volunteers to help sort and distribute gifts collected through the holiday drive.
